Tom Birch Reynardson
Tom Birch Reynardson qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and has practiced as a maritime lawyer ever since.
Tom has been involved in numerous high-profile cases involving large sums of money and interesting points of law and has handled a number of House of Lords, Supreme Court and Privy Council cases.
In 2007 Tom set up Birch Reynardson & Co. The firm specializes in international arbitration and has been involved in LMAA, LCIA and ICC arbitrations, and has also assisted with arbitrations under SIAC and HKIAC Rules, as well as arbitrations in India and China.
Tom is a member of the LCIA and BMLA and is on the Executive Committee of the CMI where he chairs the International Working Group on MASS and is Chairman of the trustees of the CMI Charitable Trust. Tom is also on the Consulting Editorial Board of Lexis Nexis.
