Francesco Siccardi 

Francesco Siccardi is the founding partner of Siccardi Bregante & C. and is a Titulary Member of CMI (Comité Maritime International), Senior Vice President of AIDIM (Italian MLA) and active Member of LSLC (London Shipping Law Center).

He is frequent speaker and panellist at conferences, seminars and masters of shipping law in Italy and overseas and author of several articles and works on shipping, transport and insurance law, co-author of “International Cargo Insurance” (London 2012) and author of the newly published monograph "Avaria comune e le Regole di York e Anversa" (Turin 2019).
